Isaac Abraham, Managing Partner and Corporate Counsel

Isaac is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Cornell Investment Company (CIC). Isaac previously worked as a corporate attorney at several prominent law firms working with companies, including Fortune 500 public companies, middle market firms, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, and start-up companies on various transactional matters.

Isaac's experience has given him unique insights into the legal, operational, and financial principles underlying long-term investing and organizational growth and management.

Isaac graduated from Cornell Law School after completing a master's degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Essex, including a semester at the London School of Economics, and bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy at the University of Houston.

Our team is also advised by an investment advisory committee with a combined 60 years of investing and business management experience.
